I love little cars like this 1957 Hillman. The cars that came out of Great Britain weren’t powerhouses, but they sure had a cool look to them. Whether you are talking about a Hillman, a Morris Minor, Minis, English Fords, Thames, or Anglias, they just look awesome when you hot rod one. Even a not so big tires looks huge on the back of these and we’ve seen them built with everything from 4 and 6 cylinder swaps to blown big blocks, and everything in between. What’s funny is that so many of these little cars were built into drag cars back in the day so seeing one that is a cruiser isn’t as common.
But this one here is something special. Check out the feature video of this really nice build. With a completely new chassis, drivetrain, and suspension, this car is ready to drive and the owner does. We’ll let them tell you all about it in the video below. Check it out.
