Getting Dirty In The Pit In Virginia! Who Knew A Lifted Mercedes Benz Could Be So Fun?

Going mudding should be simple and straightforward: get into some deep mud, drill the throttle and keep going until you are out of mud or you’re stuck up to your beltline in soil. It’s fun and it’s the most satisfying feeling knowing that you’ve got your foot to the floor and you’re moving maybe a couple of miles an hour and a couple hundred pounds of dirt at a time. But let’s be honest about one thing…who really wants to be the guy sunk up to the bottom of the doors, climbing out onto the hood, asking for a tow out of the swamp? Nobody. You want enough power on tap that no matter what the mud looks like, you’ll be home free and as an added bonus, you’ll be bringing home enough freshly turned dirt that you can start a garden with what you rinse out of the rockers. The guys in Virginia take their mudding seriously, and put together a mud pit at Virginia Motor Speedway just for the sake of having some fun. You’ll see trucks, buggies and the ‘typical’ rides. You’ll also see a narrowed third-gen Camaro rig and the baddest Mercedes Benz we’ve seen in quite some time come out to play as well. Hope you got your waders handy…
