Heaven In A Shed: Check Out This Monster Collection Of Machines! One Of Several Buildings!

Remember the scene in the original “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” movie, when the kids are led into the “candy room”, the one that had the chocolate river, the edible toadstools, and such? Yeah…lead me into heaven right here. One barn filled with cars, one of several, the kind of machines that any gearhead could appreciate in any and every corner, spanning different genres, different scenes, timelines, classes…whatever you need to to separate them by. You want classy? How about a couple of Rolls-Royces or a Ferrari? Like muscle? Camaros and Mopars, including wing cars. Street rods, Porsches, Pintos, and more.

I’m notorious for being the “drive the damn thing” kind of guy, and I tend to flip-flop on how I feel about collections socked away from prying eyes. I can appreciate someone keeping them out of the elements and grouped together, but it’s a bit of a teeth-grinder knowing that they sit collecting dust, under tarps and covers, stacked and parked as tight as possible. This is only one of a couple of buildings that AMMO NYC got to check out before they got the nod to start cleaning up and detailing some of the cars in the collection. Get an eyeful of the first group with this walkaround video. What’s your pick…the IMSA Camaro, the 1980s Ferrari GTO, the as-found Superbird or did you find something else?

What a stash! A very curious mix of kit cars alongside million dollar exotics. It is pretty surprising they aren’t all on flat tires as putting air in could be a real chore with them that tightly packed.

Wonder how many buildings, not garages, but big buildings across America are stashed full of vehicles someone has stored away like this ? Probably quite a few. Love looking at all of them. Wish we could see more of them.

AMMO plans on doing more videos since there are a few more warehouses full of car/trucks/bikes. Can’t wait!

It\’s a shame ordinary people will never be able to afford these fantastic pieces of automotive history. What they have there is only for the rich with maybe the exception of the pinto.but I am glad they were preserved.

Ths is what happens when collecting cars is becoming a…sickness! It is cool to seel all these cars but onthe other hand it seems that it is left with dust and flat tires everywhere!!! It will take 10 years to clean them all. Personnallly I\’m already mad when I get back from a car shpw with mY 1969 Camaro under the rain. So I would have a huge headache just to know my entre carcollection is in such a bad shape even if it is safe inside buidings etc. Nice collection anyway!!!
