John is back at it, sharing cool video from great events and helping to inspire all of us with cool rides to look at. I know that every time I go to a local cruise night, car show, drag race, or trade show I’m inspired by what I see and it makes me want to build new things or get out into the garage to work on my own rides. This is the cool stuff that hot rodding is all about. Check out this last minute addition to his long list of shows and events for 2023 and see what kind of fun they had at a morning cruise in with killer rides.

I rolled into Gadsden around 10:30 Friday night after a photoshoot in Memphis that evening, and Barefoot and Jess were washing Barefoot’s truck. I asked what’s up, and they said “We are going to Cars and Coffee in the morning wanna go”………they already knew the answer haha. For five minutes I contemplated washing the sprinter, and was glad I didn’t due to it pretty much raining all day Saturday. I didn’t know what to expect(and didn’t realize this was the first one) especially with the hazy rainy morning when we started driving over. We caught up with Shane in the crew cab from Johnsons Hotrods on the way over to the Beer Company, and we all rolled in together. The brewery was pretty nice, and was serving really great breakfast options(as well as moonshine mimosas haha) The turnout was pretty great for the weather, and ran into some great friends I already knew like Will Posey, and his guys from Big Oak who drove his Gold HotRod on slicks in the rain to the event.

Hope you like the video it was a great time, got to see some great people, and they had a great turnout of younger car enthusiasts as well. Hopefully they continue this event in the future.
