We run a lot of Australian burnout footage here, we know. It seems like a one-trick show, but it’s an excellent way to see how much hell an engine can put up with while turning the burnout into an art form of sorts. But I’ve been trying to shy away from the videos in the last few days because there’s only so many tire fires you can look at before you get bored, oddly enough, but when we saw this 1950 International that had been turned into the lovable Tow Mater from the Cars movie series with smoke…tire smoke…pouring out of the back, we knew it had to be put up here. The International isn’t a perfect replica of Tow Mater, but who cares? It’s a 1950 International that not only still moves, but moves with a freaking purpose. We know it’s supercharged, but we don’t know where they found tires that turn into lilac-colored smoke…that’s a new one for us. He may have traded Radiator Springs for Alice Springs, but he’s still lovable and a little redneck. Now, about that overrated stock-car with the attitude issue…
