Creating the title for this blog item was hard because there are at least ten other descriptors to use for Tim Anderson, including his actual title of President. He’s one of the good ones. No, one of the great ones. Which isn’t as rare around Racepak as it might be in some other work places, and I attribute that to Tim himself. Yes he’s the President of the company, but the title is just that. He’s a man who’s much more about action than words, and is as likely to perform any task at Racepak as anyone else. He’s the cheerleader, the coach, the student, the judge and jury, and he drives the company and all of his employees positively forward in search of the best products, the best data, and the best experience possible.
As many of you know, I have done a lot of work with Racepak over the years. I know the team very well. They are friends as well as sponsors here at BangShift.com. And Tim Anderson is the one who leads by example and drives his team to be the best the can be.
