Video: Champion Speed Shop Front Engine Dragster Wins Pepsi Night Fire Nationals In Boise

Les Mayhew does some great video work, and is another one of the great supporters of Nostalgia Drag Racing. We weren’t able to make it to the Pepsi Night Fire Nationals in Boise last month, but Les was there and chronicled the action the way he always does. Here is a great video showing the event and Adam Sorokin’s win in Top Fuel behind the wheel of the Champion Speed Shop Small Block Chevrolet powered fueler. This car has to be one of the most loved front engine cars ever, and we know you’ll love watching Les’ latest video featuring it.

Special thanks to Les Mayhew for putting videos like this together. If you haven’t seen all of Les’ work, visit his YouTube Channel by clicking this link.

5.83 @ 233 That’s a Chevy fuel record. Not to shabby for a small block! Thank you Champion SS team for sticking with the mouse. It’s great to have something other than cookie cutter cars running. The mouse that roared. Adam ur da man.

Huge congrats to Adam, Bob and all the Champion Speed Shop crew. I may be that teams number one fan, so I loved this video. Thanks for posting it Chad. And thank you Les Mayhew for producing such artful work. See you all at the CHRR!
