If you haven’t been thrashing minutes before, and after, you are supposed to leave on a trip or for a race, you are no hot rodder or racer. That’s how it works sometimes. You work your ass off and think you’ll be fine, and then a couple weeks before the event you realize you are way behind. Then you thrash like none other and reach the euphoric point where you actually believe you are back on track or maybe even ahead. This all comes crashing down on you when departure time gets closer, arrives, and becomes the past. But that my friends is just part of the adventure and the trip and the fun.
Once you are on the road, you find yourself stopping in everywhere you can to do some amount of work on your junk in hopes that by the time you really need it to all be in working order it will be. You use your favors, visit friends, send up the Bat Signal, whatever you can to make it ready along the way.
Routeless is all about all those things. And here are episodes 1, 2, and 3.
Sounds like roadkill for adults
Would have been cooler if they were road tripping in the coupe and not dragging it around in a trailer behind a new truck.
