Take A Closer Look At One Of The Wilder Cars At SEMA 2016: The “Durty 30” Model A Roadster!

I don’t know if it’s a bad thing or not that I have become a bit jaded to the vehicles that appear at SEMA shows. Not that they all aren’t cool or unique in their own individual right, but…well, let me put it like this: if you work with models all day, every day, seeing another isn’t as exciting as the kid from a small town somewhere who sees them for the first time. One guy will walk on after a quick acknowledgement while the other is going to need help getting his jaw up and off of the floor. So, what does it take at the big event for me to stop and study a car for longer than ten seconds? Well, take a look at this 1930 Ford Model A and you should see for yourself. The bronze wheels are an interesting touch, but more interesting would be the hood (sourced from a 1940 Chevrolet) and the grille (1941 Hudson Terraplane), or the hardwood floor inside of the car. In fact, you could spend a few hours going over all of the details of Joel Cannon’s Ford, but luckily for us, the Fullboost crew got the chance to do a walkaround…check it out!

I haven’t the words. To each his own I guess. Apparently LSD is still around…
    LS powered, how appropriate.
