CLICK HERE TO WATCH THE 2015 MARCH MEET LIVE!

It’s March baby, and while some people care about a bunch of dudes bouncing balls around on a wood floor, we here at BangShift are excited to once again bring you exclusive LIVE Streaming Video coverage of the Good Vibrations Motorsports March Meet at Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield. If you are within a couple hours of Bakersfield California you should be there! This is THE premier Nostalgia Drag Racing event in the World, and we are proud to be a part of it. Thanks to the Bowser Family, and the rest of the fine staff at Famoso Raceway, along with the best sponsors in the industry, we are making it happen once again. Racing is March 5-8, but the party there has already started!

This year we are going to be bringing you the coverage you have come to love here at BangShift.com, including LIVE Streaming Video, photos up the wazoo, and more. And our Good Vibrations pit and top end reports with the infamous Donnie Couch and Darr Hawthorne will continue! If you have enjoyed their antics for the past couple of years with us, then be prepared for more. If you haven’t seen them in action, you are in for a treat.

Our LIVE Coverage starts on Thursday morning at 9 AM Pacific Time. That’s 10 Mountain, 11 Central, and 12 noon Eastern for you time zone challenged folks. The rest of you all over the world understand how to do the math, so we won’t go into that.

Racing will include nearly 40 Nostalgia Nitro Funny Cars, Top Fuel Dragsters, more than 20 Fuel Altereds, and hundreds of Sportsman classes like Nostalgia Eliminator, Gassers, and more.

So join us! Grab a beverage, don’t forget the snacks, and strap in tight for another epic year of Nostalgia Drag Racing with us here at BangShift.com as we give you ALL the action at the 2015 Good Vibrations Motorsports March Meet.

Reminder:  Select areas around Famoso Raceway will be blacked out from viewing the live video. If you live in the valley, within two hours of Famoso, you may not be able to watch the broadcast. That shouldn’t affect any of you, unless you are a complete leaker, because any of you that close should be there with us anyway! As we have said during EVERY ONE of our broadcasts from any track we have ever done them from across the country, if you are within a couple hours ride, you NEED to be at the track! Plus, who the heck would want to sit at home if they were only an hour or two away from one of the largest nitro funny car fields in modern drag racing history?

Spectator Tickets

Thanks again to the Bowser Family, and all the AutoClub Famoso track management, for allowing us to once again bring this race to the masses. And thanks to our awesome live broadcast sponsors that make all of this happen.

WOW am I glad to see you are doing the march meet again this year. I am in Spokane WA and am not able to be there and being on the computer we all get together drink beer and watch. I hope Donnie goes pit hopping again and gets loaded that was really funny. Say hi to our guys from Spokane they are there and we will all be watching they are running a 6.0 fuel altered and another one is fuel funny car. Good luck you guys ,see ya Thursday THANKS AGAIN.

  3. James Boos

Anyone know how to stream this from a PS3? Would be great to have it on the big screen

  4. C Royer

Great, hope replays will be available, have to work Thurs., Fri., Sat., should be typical BS awesome

  5. flash

Al lways enjoyed your live feeds. I guess I miss behaved, apparently I’m being blocked. I live in bethany oklahoma, not much going on here At anytime, sure could use the action. Even if I’m blocked thanks guys you guys rock, have a good day !! Flash

    1. Melissa

I watched last year too and loved it! My husband Nd friends from ND are there racing but for some reason, I am blocked so won’t be able to see it. So bummed…hope you get this fixed so we can all get our racing fix!

  6. Bryan McTaggart

Guys, we’re trying to figure out why everybody is blocked. I can’t even see the feeds right now at BS Mid-West. We’re scrambling to figure out WTF is going on and as soon as we make progress we will let you know.

  7. Jim

I must be blind as I haven’t been able to find the link to check and see if it’s blocked.

  8. Big Red

“Blocked” here in upstate New York too…….probably the Russians !!!! We can almost see them from here..

  9. Alyssa

Seriously?! You guys block people that live within two hours of the track from watching? Some of us have families that don’t ALLOW us to be at the track with our racers and the streaming was the only way we could actually WATCH! That totally sucks!

      1. Alyssa

That is not my understanding? There is a reminder posted that areas surrounding Bakersfield and within two hours of the track that will be unable to view the feed and are being told that they should be at the track if they are within driving distance. Obviously, there are countless reasons why people cannot be at the track with our racers.

        1. Gail Keller

Reply in reference to being “blocked”….I physically can’t go to the race even tho it is 2 hrs but I am the wife of Crew Chief of a nitro car…don’t see him much in the time spent to prepare the car,,,but to see the race would sure be nice. (Don Nelson owner, Mike Keller , with Robert O at the wheel. Please give those who can’t make it to the track in person,

  10. Blue'67CamaroRS

Well, I’m glad we can get the link in the great state of W.Va. but having the same issue as before: the live feed is off center on my screen (it’s not my computer as nothing else is doing this) and I can’t hit the link to go full screen. This never happened before in watching years of your live feed!! I can get picture to go up & down but not side to side????

  11. Alyssa

It is so disappointing to me that you guys are blacking out folks that live somewhat close to the track. There are a million reasons why people can’t actually be there to spectate. Can you explain the justification?

  12. Gene

I can’t believe I’m actually about to watch a 32 car F/C qualifying session. I’m totally blown away here at this genius stream. Can I tell you something? If the goal is to be enticed to pay money by attending…it’s working.

I gotta be around 70 plus fuel cars. I get it now. The iron on display on every class is a jaw dropper. This event just plain feels different from anything else.

    I get it now.

  13. UNK

Was at the patch friday, great weather, good turn out and great racing. James Day ran a 5.77 for his 3erd qualifing pass. Good luck Gary Turner Racing!

  14. C Royer

Am watching the replays due to work, absolutely GREAT coverage, thanks Chad, BS, and your awesome sponsors who I support by buying their products when possible—NITRO, NITRO, NITRO

  15. Melissa

I realize you guys have sponsors to take care of and I enjoy the interviews but I hate missing racing! Because of Darrs interviews I missed our ND friend’s race. C’mon guys…. When they are racing please have it on!

  16. MiKe K.

I am not able to watch live. After reading some of these posts, I think this broadcast is blocked. Is this true? If not, what am I doing wrong with my comp?
