Ebay Find: Four Harley-Davidson Engines Connected By A Jeep Could Be Yours!

Ebay Find: Four Harley-Davidson Engines Connected By A Jeep Could Be Yours!

There are easier ways to utilize eight cylinders for the single goal of making a Jeep tub haul the mail, but having the visual appeal of four Harley-Davidson Evolution running together through a TH400 automatic into a 4.56-geared rear axle is certainly unique. Combining to make a 320ci eight-cylinder powertrain, this is one of the most left-field builds that has landed on eBay in quite some time. The rest of the vehicle seems to be a typical Jeep Rod build (didn’t we just talk about these things?!) and looks well-sorted. The sellers even have a video that shows the hot rod running up and down the street, barking 2nd gear on every pass and making a noise. Is it up your alley? It would certainly fall under “dare to be different” and with a cleaning and some finishing work, would be a really neat piece to cruise around in.

I wish he’d have driven it all the way to my driveway!

Awesome – but I would have installed the engines one behind the other to make a true V8 that would look that aero engine in the Darraq you featured earlier this week.

Yeah, same here. What do those Harely engines make? 80hp? So about 320hp total? Ought to be pretty sprightly.

wow, sounds a hellova lot better than any other Harley powered vehicle I’ve ever heard… never been all that keen on the `potato potato’ soundtrack of the average Harley..

I’m not fond of Harleys, but this appears to be well executed and original. Still a huge waste of time and money considering the myriad of engines one could chose for less input and more output. Heck, a couple of well built VW units could be interesting.
