Saturday night we went to Irwindale for a little test and tune session with our boys Bill Fowler and Scott Clark, and not only were we impressed with Bill’s 1000hp PUMP GAS, NATURALLY ASPIRATED, Mustang, but also this bitchin little drag race golf cart from the gang at Sick N Twisted Designs in Stanton, Ca. These dudes know how to make an electric cart fly, especially when you consider that this one has been [email protected]. And although we only got to check it out in the pits, we have great video from their YouTube Channel. We are planning to go out to Irwindale one night and shoot a full feature on this little bastard, but until then you have to check this out.
With 144 volts and 925 amps of power Scott “DieselGeek” Clark looked at me and said “that’s like electric chair s#!t!”. We’ve got three cool videos below that show this thing tearing it up on the asphalt at Irwindale and on the Sand as well. In fact, the Sand Drags video shows him actually beating a race Jeep.
Check out the wheelstand in the video below.
This next video is on board for the quickest run of it’s life. A 8.92 @ 71.69 mph blast at Irwindale. The video is not edited, so it’s 4 minutes in before he stages the “cart”. Skip ahead and be amazed at how fast this thing really is.
Watch out Jeep, that’s a golf cart you are chasing.
Cool cart, and this guy builds neat stuff, but you don’t want to ever do business with him.
That is nothing compared to the other electric golf cart on the east coast he went a 7.45 @ 98 mph
hey Noah which cart ran those numbers?????
Krazy Karts has ran 6.92 @92 mph with a dual motor pro mod style cart…
a cart that you still lift the seat to see the batts , cup holders and stock chassis and stock wheels base i think there is only a few carts that have ran in the 8’s
