People that don’t use trailers very often often times take years to figure out what they do and don’t like in a trailer. And quite frankly, trailer manufacturers count on that. They add things that sound great, but that sometimes aren’t all that useful. Or they only add four of something you wish you had 8 of. That’s why so many people customize their trailers over time. Hell, my trailer was an ultra simple model when I bought it and I’ve added all kinds of tie downs, ramps, and more to make it a much more comfortable to use tool. To be fair, I have used my trailer WAY more often than most people would in ten lifetimes. But I think that mean’s I’m a pretty good judge on what makes a good trailer good, and a bad trailer bad.
