If you have a truck with a tailgate with raised letters, or some other stamped metal part with raised areas, then this video is going to show you how to lay down some paint to make them clean and finished. I’ve seen a pinstriper do this on more than one occasion, but these tips will absolutely help if you want to try at home. I know I’ve got a Mitsubishi truck project that has the raised letters on the tailgate. It didn’t come stock with paint on them, but rather vinyl, but it could be fun to paint them up nice like this.
