We’ve shared lots of photos and video from Hot Rod Magazine’s Drag Week 2025, and there are jillions of folks who have seen the insane wheelstands that Finnegan was doing in Blasphemi this year. There was no plan to do these giant wheelies, but with all the added power and reset rear suspension, this car was ready to rock at a level it had never been at before. But what do you do when the thing wants to stand on the bumper for two or three gears on each pass down the track?
The answer might surprise you.

Last time on Finnegan’s Garage we journeyed from Georgia to Maryland to complete in Hot Rod Drag Week. The problem was that Blasphemi started doing huge wheelies and although we tried nearly every trick in the book, the wheelies were difficult to control. In this video we manage to continue the journey and ultimately finish Drag Week, which is a feat in itself especially when you consider how much damage the wheelies did to the front suspension. This is the 375th episode of Finnegan’s Garage.
