Watch 103 Cars Burnout At Once In Australia – The Aussies Have Taken The Guinness Burnout Record Back As Of Yesterday!

The Guinness Record for the world’s largest burnout was resting comfortably in American hands until New Year’s Day in Australia when 103 cars at the Street Machine Summernationals 28 lined up and all burned out at the same time. This was more cars than the 73 vehicle effort put forth by the valiant American men and women at the 2013 Hot Rod Power Tour here in the USA and the Guinness people were on hand to certify the record in Australia. Perhaps more impressive than the Guinness record is the immense cloud of smoke created by all the cars cooking their tires at once. We’re not kidding you when we say that it looks like the place is on fire.

The neat thing about this video is that they have it covered from virtually every angle. From a helicopter camera to videos made with drones, in car camera videos, camera in the stands, everywhere. The film is killer because it is not too long or drawn out. You get the show, the reaction, and most importantly the smoke! If we had completed our development of “smell-o-vision” prior to this event, your house would smell like a tire dump fire after pressing play below.

Hey America, let’s get a 150 car response together. What do you say?

Congrats to the Aussie hot rodders who set this record, they certainly earned it!!!

There’s something about this total nonsense that I actually like. Sadly, since the Aussies aren’t building cars anymore, I guess they’ve decided to destroy the ones they’ve got.

mate just because the manufacturers aren’t building them doesn’t mean Aussies aren’t….and if you build them tough a burnout or two isn’t going to destroy anything. I’d rather use a car than sit in a lawn chair staring at it.

A tire company should sponsor this for the US. Bring in free sets of tires to product ONLY red, white, and blue smoke.
