Just when the previously hot burning embers of the Jeremy Mayfield saga were cooling into ash, someone threw a bucket of nitro on the fire and we’re right back at it full steam ahead. As we reported, Lisa Mayfield (shown), the step mom of Jeremy Mayfield was arrested and charged with assault and trespassing for an incident that happened at Jeremy’s home on Saturday night.
Stemming from that incident, Jeremy Mayfield’s wife Shana has filed for a restraining order against Lisa Mayfield.
During the incident on Saturday Lisa Mayfield is accused of pushing Shana and Jeremy’s pregnant daughter and making threatening statements to the two “care takers” of the Mayfield property. Shana and Jeremy were not on the property at the time of the incident.
