Here’s a good one that may offer a clue as to what’s wrong inside Chrysler these days. Below is a photo seen on the MoparMagazine.com web site, which is sort of a house organ online. The gaffe is that whoever put this photo together, and whoever posted it on the Cool Photo Department of the site, have no clue as to their Mopar model years.
While the poster touts the connection between the 1970 Challenger and the 2010 model…that’s not a 1970 Challenger. According to the mystery tip we were sent, the side-marker lights identify the car as at least a 1972 model, and the bumpers and bumper guards are at least 1973 or 1974. Fail!
Looking at the good news for the folks who fubar’d the Challenger photo, perhaps they have not yet been canned by the tight-undies corporate legal eagles for this shot, also in the Cool Photos Department.
