One of the local shows I like to hit with the kids each year is the Spooktacular Cruise’n Classic Car Show which is held in the small burg of Whitman, Massachusetts each fall. The kids love it because nearly every car has a bucket of candy in front of it and I love it because it draws out lots of the local hot rods and muscle cars for one last blast before the weather situation goes totally awry up here. This year the weather was suck-tastic in the morning so we headed out in the early afternoon and found a great group of die hard car guys and girls hanging out.
From customs cars, street machines, muscle cars, and even a wild bobbed big rig hot rod, this was a show about quality over quantity. The kids didn’t really care about the quality in the candy department, they were way more into the quantity and both seemingly chomped their body weight in sugary snacks! A good time was had by all!
