(Photos by Scott Liggett) – Now that we showed you the race cars, let’s take a look at the famous muscle cars and street machines that filled one of the exhibition halls at Pomona during the 2013 Hot Rod Homecoming show. Everything from famous Pro Street cars like Scott Sullivan’s Cheese Whiz Chevy to the Dobbertin Nova, Brian Rock’s awesome GTO, the F-Bomb, Crusher Camaro, and scads more fill this gallery. Another killer gallery Scott. I read about the Yesterdays Child 56 in a magazine. A great story of kids trying to find Dad’s old race car but finding this one instead.
… I asked this question once before when a pic of that blue 65 nova was posted…. how in the wide world of sports does a blower hat take boost?……………???
the blower hat is blocked off just behind the butterflies on the injection hat..
The butterflies open with the throttle, but pass no air… it’s a sealed plenum chamber to build the boost from the turbos
Interesting. I probably would have done away with the butterflies… I can appreciate the look he’s going after though.
Hey Scott……….we will miss all the awesome west coast coverage you had provided!
A bigger and better 2014 to you!!!!!!!!!
