In case you have not noticed, we have been live this year from more races and events than we ever have in the past. Basically we have been live on a nearly weekly basis since February and that’s not an exaggeration. From events in Florida, Texas, Nevada, and California among other places we have given you a window into the world of what’s happening at the drag strip. Our pal Mark Walter over at MotorManiaTV has also been crushing it and he’s been hustling around the country with his wife cranking out drag streams as far as he can as well. It is a great time in the history of the sport and the main reason is that you can see more of what is happening live right now than ever before.
Yesterday CompetitionPlus.com published a cool feature by Susan Wade that profiles the histories of BangShift and MotorMania TV, how we have evolved over the years, and what we expect the future to look like. It is a pretty neat deal for us and Chad tells the story well through quotes. Susan is an exceedingly talented journalist and she really crushed the story.
It is always interesting when someone in your own industry wants to recognize you and give a thumbs up. Thanks to Bobby Bennett and Susan Wade over at CompetitionPlus for the story and thanks to ALL OF YOU who watch and support us. Without you, we’d be in trouble deep!
The fun thing about MotorMania and BangShift is that we have a great working relationship and we’ll continue to foster that over the coming years with more partnerships and even broader based coverage. We’re not much for speaking out of school but there have been more than a few ideas kicked around for 2017.
Thanks for watching and thanks for reading, everyone!
Your live streaming has murdered my weekend productivity. You guys are awesome, keep up the great work.
Chad…Are you guys advertising for teeth whitening, Bud Light or…? 🙂
Chad is sponsored by Goat Grow and Doritos lip gloss
Glad to here you’re being recognized from other publications. It’s great to see events across the country.
My favorite so far are the Tulsa races.
Liking the roaming camera adding variety and color commentary. The feed has become more reliable as well.
