As you would expect, from one side of the Las Vegas Convention Center to the other, the area is covered in beautiful cars that are completely and utterly stunning. But as we walked to and from the parking lot, Lohnes and I have been taking notice of a small section of show vehicles in the lot: these are the trucks of the Shell Rotella SuperRigs. That’s right…high-end show semi trucks that are working vehicles as well! You might expect some pretty paint or maybe some tire shine, but what is actually here are super-sanitary, exceptionally detailed machines that are worked over inside and out. There isn’t a place where you could look and see road grime or anything like that…these trucks would be just as at home inside of the SEMA show as they are sitting outside, paint and chrome shining in the sun. The paintwork is deep enough to swim in, the details are amazing, and several had sound systems that just flat out rocked. Take a look at the trucks that are here at SEMA and let us know what you think…we might head up to the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville if there’s enough interest!
You guys should check out MATS Louisville. It really is worth your time to see it! I’ll get you tickets if you need them!!!
