BangShift Reader Garage of the Week: An Ass-Kicking 1923 Ford Track-T

BangShift Reader Garage of the Week: An Ass-Kicking 1923 Ford Track-T

One of the most recent additions to the throngs of BangShift member garages is that of a dude named DeckOfficer. He happens to own a very pissed off 1923 Ford Track-T that is capable of turning heads and running down crotch rocket motorcycles in a single bound (we’ve seen the video). This is one mean little bastard of a car and Deck has built it himself to be just that.

The motor is a 383ci small block Chevy that was originally built to make big steam at the top of the RPM range, but since torque is the force that actually gets a car (or man-sized go kart as this machine actually is) moving he rebuilt the motor to tug boat specs, so this 383 now makes a mere 320hp but a big block-esque 516 lb/ft of twist.

Deck drives the hell out of this car, and with a TKO600 five-speed trans that sports a 0.64 overdrive gear and a Jag IRS with a mild 3.54 ring and pinion, it’ll twist a speedo needle into sailor’s knots.

Hit the link below to see more photos of this great looking and great running hot rod!
