Anyone familiar with the Yamaha Banshee knows that these are some incredibly fast 4-wheel atvs. They haul ass thanks to big power, light weight, and perfect gear ratios. So how does the idea to make one bigger, and then power it by a Cummins 6BT Turbo Diesel, come to mind? I have a feeling there had been a lot of beer involved, and the guy with the welder was the one doing the drinking. We can’t fault them for trying, and we’re 100% sure that this thing will garner tons and tons of attention wherever you take it. Can you imagine the look on folks faces when they hear the familiar rattle of the Cummins as a giant Banshee rolls by?
Unfortunately the ad doesn’t list very much info , but we bet there is a pretty good story behind this one. We’d like a few more details on the technical side of this build. When our buddy Ron Thomas sent this one over to us to check out we giggled and laughed while staring and trying to figure out the particulars. I bet this thing hauls ass!

Nice work , I think a lighter turbo automotive gas engine would be more suited . But hey , we are right in the middle of a crazy Cummins trend , that I don’t understand sometimes.
Call me an “old guy” (I’m not), but what is up with the Diesel stuff? If you want an atv to be powerful it’s got to be light too. If it’s heavy how is that fun?
