The 2009 Popular Hot Rodding Engine Masters Challenge Rules have just been posted at the magazine’s web site. Changes for this year include the first-ever addition of EFI as well as unlimited displacement from 280ci and up. Dual quads are now allowed on cast intakes and the compression ratio has been raised to 11.5:1.
