We posted another gallery of photos from the Mooneyes X-Mas show yesterday, but why not give more today! While so much of the country is well under the freezing mark, it has been in the 80’s here in Southern California and that means hot rods are out and still having fun. We’re not posting these photos up to poke fun or make you feel bad, but rather to inspire you to go out in the garage and work on your stuff in preparation for spring!

If you haven’t been to a Mooneyes XMas Party and Drags you are most certainly missing out, but we’ve got even more photos so you can drool and dream about next year! It’s a good excuse for a winter vacation to Southern California, and you can take the kiddos and the the family to Disney Land and see all the park decorated for Christmas at the same time! This will be the final Mooneyes XMas Party at Irwindale, as they’ll be in a new location next year once Irwindale closes down. We’re expecting it will be at Fontana’s Auto Club California Speedway facility next year, which will actually provide a much larger venue and likely mean there are hundreds more cars on site. We can’t wait for next year already and we just finished walking the show for this year! This is one of the coolest SoCal events all year. With food, drinks, bands, girls, clothes, lifestyle items, drag racing, cars, trucks, bikes, and more, this is one event you have to attend. We’ve been coming for years and this year was as good as ever. In fact, we’d say it might be the best in several years as the weather was amazing and the car count was huge.

With temps in the 70’s, and the sun shining, there was nothing but goodness going on. We walked the entire show, and have hundreds of photos to share with you from the show.
