As I have been saying for the last couple Grand National Roadster Show blogs, it ain’t just roadsters at the Fairplex during the show. This gallery of photos is total proof of that as it is chock full of restored drag cars, some land speed race car action, some humongous Cadillacs, muscle cars, and a bunch more stuff that falls well outside the realm of “roadster”.
If you have been thinking of going to this thing, do it. People come from all over the world to experience the show and it is (in my opinion anyway) one of the absolute few shows that you need to have a couple of days at. For starters, it is huge and unless you want to blow past some of the coolest hot rods in the world giving them each a few seconds, you need at least two days to actually take ’em all in. Hell, I don’t think we have even mentioned the Suede Palace yet. Maybe we’ll get there tomorrow.
