You’ve seen us posting several galleries a day of photos from Bonneville Speed Week 2016, but this one is a little special because not only do we have killer cars, the people that drive them, and the people getting them ready on the starting line, but also some pit thrashing with Bob Dalton and the gang from the Flashpoint Streamliner crew. As we told you before, a minor malfunction resulted in some pretty serious thrashing do to popping the burst panels out of the blower and causing some fire. The crew masterfully handling the disassembly of the car, getting everything replace, repaired, and ready to rock by the end of the day on Sunday. They’ve got a couple things to touch up Monday morning and then it’s back out to go for a 400+ mph run.

We’re jealous, and wish we could drive, but will keep smiling since we got to hang out and help a bit on the car in the pits.
