(Words and photos by Doug Gregory) – I might have mentioned once or twice before my fondness for cool induction stuff. In here the trend continues with blowers, a wicked cross-ram, and even a Predator carb. It was nearly sensory overload.
We also came across a few distributor machines. Does anyone still remember how to use these things…? I haven’t seen one in use since I was in my 20s. Later we spied some parts that looked like exhaust manifolds, but aren’t. I’m sure I’ve seen them before, but couldn’t place it. No one else was around so I called on some of my FB friends to school me. Turns out they are heaters that direct the radiance from the manifolds into the passenger compartment. Aftermarket parts. Pretty cool stuff.
Lastly, some jokers we know were selling an early 110v drone limited only by the length of the extension cord. Pretty witty. I would have forked over the cash if they’d been able to find the remote.
