We have finally come to the end of our 2017 Woodward photos. As it was last year, I still haven’t began to scratch the surface of what this spectacle is all about, and even with a few trips up and down M1, I can’t say for sure that I truly grasp the scope of what goes on during the week. But I can finally check Woodward off of the bucket list, for sure, and I hope that you have been enjoying the photos we were able to bring back for you.
I say “we”, because my wife Haley was instrumental in helping out with both photography and video duty while we were there, and shot just as many, if not more photos, than I did throughout our summer vacation in Michigan. Additionally, I have to thank Dan VanHorn and the crews for Modern Street Hemi Shootout and Andy Wagner and the folks behind East Coast Moparts for helping us out and keeping us highly entertained throughout the week. Another thanks goes out to Steve Magnante…sorry for chatting your ear off in the parking lot!
And finally, to the guy who runs the street sweeper in Pontiac, Michigan…sorry for signing my autograph on The Loop. Twice. And once more in the turn lane to a host of cheering spectators.
