$50,000 to win!?!? And 50 Pro Mods can enter? And the second chance race will still have a $15,000 winner? What the hell are Keith Haney and the Mid-West Pro Mod Association thinking? Their thinking this is going to be bad ass, that’s what! This promises to be an amazing spectacle and we can’t wait to see 50 Pro Mods battling it out for supremacy and piles of cash. And because it is Mid-West Pro Mod, with rules that support ALL available combinations and that means variety like none other. Those who have been racing Mid-West Pro Mods, and have attended 4 or more races, will get a discounted entry fee. But the race is going to be open to ANYONE with a Pro Mod that fits the rules and that means a lot of hitters can come and hang. We can’t wait to see this go down and will be waiting with baited breath for the announcements on dates and times. Rest assured, BANGshift is ready for this one!
This race IS going to happen in November, and it may be at one of three tracks that aren’t Tulsa Raceway Park, but Tulsa is also available and ready to run. We can’t wait to see who will sign up for this thing on day 1. And we also wonder who is going to thrash and get their broken junk ready to shoot it all out that late in the season.
This race will be Pro Mods, and Pro Mods only, so no track conditions being changed for small tire or radial classes. This will keep the track prep perfect for these big tire behemoths, and we’re excited as hell.
Keith has missed two MWPM races this year to take care of his business interests, and now he’s ready to run and come back to the series. He’s started the smack talk and is ready to run in typical Keith Haney Racing fashion. We can only imagine what he’s going to pull off for the rest of the season, and we know he’s going to be gunning for that $50,000 payoff as well.
