It is time ladies and gentleman, time for the baddest bracket race on the planet, and as usual we’re bringing it to you LIVE Wednesday through Saturday from Las Vegas for the K&N Spring Fling Million presented by Optima Batteries. With a completely separate race going on each day that pays $20,000 to win, a single run $100,000 perfect run shootout on Friday morning, and the Spring Fling Million bracket race on Friday, along with tens of thousands of dollars in parts and prizes throughout the week, this promises to be one of the most lucrative drag races in history once again.
And don’t think it is just for dragster guys! Last year a door car won the Spring Fling Million! We’ll have more info, more announcements, and more cool stuff coming throughout the week, but don’t forget to tune in on Wednesday for the start of this year’s Spring Fling Million bracket racing week.

Watching 1/8 mile drag racing is a serious waste of my valuable time.
How come the entry fees aren’t half price? You only get half a race.
Real racers race 1/4 mile, fake racers race 1/8 mile.
Spectators that sit in the first 1/8 mile should pay half price and spectators that sit from 1/8 mile to the real finish line should get in free.

As a racer (who wishes he was at the Fling right now) I prefer 1/8 mile for any cars slower than 8s in the 1/4. That last half of the track is nothing but staring at each other and wearing out parts.
Sure wish I was racing this year\’s fling. Had the best time ever last year. Great job Kyle and Peter. Hope to be there next year.
