When our friend Jeff Odell said he was going to be in Sturgis for the Sturgis Dragway Big Tire Small Tire Shootout race this weekend and that he would snap some photos to share with our BANGshift readers, we told him hell yes send them over. After all, there were some really cool cars on site and Larry Larson was out there in the Cadillac going for some big numbers and that’s always fun to watch. Apparently Jeff Lutz had made a run that had Larry wanting to best it and Sturgis was the place. If you haven’t seen the new Cadillac, then you are missing out for sure. This is one bad hot rod.

And where better to show it off than at the dragstrip that proclaims to be “Where Drag Racing Meets The Wild West “Fastest 1/8th Mile in them thar Hills” LET THE FUN BEGIN !” These folks seem like fun, so we can see why he went.
