As a cruiser, this makes no sense. But everyone has that friend that comes to the cruise night in the alcohol burning pro street car that is barely streetable on a good day, and we love that guy. So why not be that guy with a boat? I’m sure there are reasons why this thing should have some changes made to it, but for the life of me I can’t remember what they are as I forgot everything once I read it has done 120 mph confirmed by GPS and still had some left! Dude!!! But lets step back from that for a second.

This boat is beautiful. It is an Eliminator which means it is a great boat. It is in mint condition, has great seats and interior, and is as clean as they come. If I had one thing I wish is that it was a jet. Not because that would make it faster, far from it, but just because I like jet boats. But I’d get over that the minute this sucker fired up I’m sure.

Did you notice the draw through Holley carbs in front of the turbos? Dos turbos. That’s Spanish for twin turbos in case you were wondering. And the 482 cubich inch tall deck Big Block Chevrolet underneath them has all the right parts to make stupid horsepower when pressurized by the twins, so I’m sure this thing will put a smile on your face and help you shit yourself all in the same moment. I keep getting asked “why did you put so much money and HP in a 22′ boat?”
Uses less fuel per run hour than larger hulls
Easy to maneuver at the dock or launch ramp
Fits in the garage
Easy to tow with any truck including ½ ton
Excellent boat on the river or on the lake
Faster than I want to go on the lake or on the river

How fast is the boat?
I have had the boat at 120 mph by GPS, with two people in the boat, and there was a lot more throttle left. With the boat’s current configuration, I expect that under the correct conditions and with an experienced driver and safety equipment, top speed would be 140+ mph. Adjusting the trim tabs, changing the prop, and modifying the turbos and wastegates would probably add a lot of top end. I am not recommending anyone take any boat to these speeds without experience and restraint.
