A Beginners Guide To Creativing Fiberglass Parts From Scratch – Step By Step From Idea To Fully Functional Parts

I’ve done enough fiberglass fabrication to be dangerous, but most of it has been with regards to car audio projects, like subwoofer enclosures and kick panel pods. Fiberglass isn’t difficult to work with, but it is messy and often intimidating. But if you follow some simple steps and pay attention, you can make one off fiberglass parts for whatever project you are working on.

In this video the part being made is a brake master cylinder cover for an S550 Mustang, but it just as easily could be any other small part. Use the steps being shown, and you can make your own part right along with the video.
