DIY Ceramic Coatings Testing And Review: They’ve Never Seen A Ceramic Coating This Good! Not Even Close!

I just bought a freshly painted OBS Suburban a couple of weeks ago, and because it has the nicest paint of anything I own, I want to ceramic coat it to protect the pain in the long run. The problem is that having ceramic professionally applied costs thousands of dollars, as you are basically hand applying another clearcoat to the entire vehicle. So since I can’t afford that, I’m going to see what other options are out there. I’ve been talking to some different painters, who have differing opinions on which products are best, but can’t apply anything for a couple more months anyway so I have time to keep doing research. And then I see this new video from Project Farm!

If you aren’t familiar with Project Farm, it’s a great YouTube channel that uses real world, DIY, “scientific” testing to review products. And he does a great job at it. So I’m going to watch this video, like I’ve done with so many of his others, and then make my decision in a couple months so I can keep the paint on the Sub great.

Watch and let us know what you think in the comments below.

Video Description:

Adam’s, Meguiar’s, Griot’s, CERAKOTE, Shine Armor, Gtechniq, 20H and Adams. Car paint ceramic coatings compared for performance at withstanding harsh chemicals including Iron Remover, Bug & Tar Remover, Wheel & Tire Remover and Degreaser.

I purchased all of the ceramic coatings and the supplies used to review the products. So, thank you for supporting the channel through Patreon and YouTube Memberships.
