Numidia Dragway’s 150 event is all about big money with limited entries, and it is that time of year. Today’s racing is worth $10,000 to one talented racer, and the field is set at just 150 racers. No 400 car field to carve through, that doesn’t mean it won’t be a tough field. The winner is going to have to earn this one for sure. This event has been going on for the last three years and has a guaranteed purse of the previously mentioned $20,000 today and $10,000 Sunday. When you add in Friday’s $10,000 prize it’s a pretty lucrative weekend if someone can double up or sweep all three days. $40,000 isn’t anything to sneeze at, that’s for sure.
