The Mid West Drag Racing Series had an interesting season for sure, but thanks to excellent planning and preparation, along with diligent work from tracks on the circuit, they were able to hold more of their season’s races than most any sanctioning body. That doesn’t mean there wasn’t some drama with weather, but the racing was hot and heavy and they put on one hell of a show everywhere they went. And why wouldn’t they, we’re talking Pro Mods, Funny Cars, Dragsters, and Door Cars up the wazzoo. But the Funny Cars proved to be one of the most exciting parts of this season, their first in the Summit Mid West Drag Racing Series, and we can’t wait for what is coming next year as Pro Mods and Funny Cars are on the track together!

But that’s 2021, and this is 2020.
