The NEW Gen2 FLEX 1/2″ High Torque vs Milwaukee’s 2967 Gen 3 M18 1/2″ Impact: Largest Upgrade Yet, But Who Reigns Supreme?

The Torque Test Channel is back at it, with another tool test. This one is a cordless impact gun test that is pitting two high torque monsters against each other. The first is the Milwaukee 2967 Gen 3 High Torque, which is rated to deliver 1,500 lb ft of torque. The challenger is the new Gen 2 FLEX 1/2″ High Torque, and with specs that compare to the Milwaukee, it is going to be a tight competition I’m sure. The Milwaukee is a proven bad ass, but the FLEX will save you some cash for sure. But is the price savings worth it? Does the FLEX perform well enough to be the right value? Or is the Milwaukee still the tool to buy?
