In fact, some of them just plain suck, while others are awesome. So which ones work best, and how do the others compare? I tested the granules for maximum absorption, effectiveness of removing oil from a concrete floor, and maximum absorption of antifreeze and water. I compared the absorbent pads for maximum absorption of oil and antifreeze, tear and abrasion resistance.
