Cleetus Has Gone Coal-Rolling?! His Slammed Cummins-Powered Galaxie Hits The Strip For The First Time!

Cleetus Has Gone Coal-Rolling?! His Slammed Cummins-Powered Galaxie Hits The Strip For The First Time!

Wait a minute, wait just one minute. Cleetus…the guy who has done everything in his power to become synonymous with turbocharged Corvettes that make sincerely stupid amounts of power on the daily…is now running around in a four-door Ford Galaxie that’s blowing smoke from a Cummins swap? The car looks like it belongs in a darkly-lit rock video, doing burnouts in some gritty industrial area while five angry dudes are playing at maximum volume. Seeing the perpetually happy Cleetus hopping behind the wheel of this rolling definition of “anger issues” just doesn’t seem to work in our minds. But then again, there are tubochargers and power figures worthy of mention, and it is pretty cool to see him step immediately out of his normal and into the polar opposite, isn’t it?

We know that he’s been partying with Mike Finnegan, another diesel freak, and we’re certain that some words were exchanged that involved this particular sled and one of Finn’s trucks. Problem is, which one will he bring? There’s the original Ramp Truck with it’s compounded turbo Cummins setup to take into consideration, or maybe he’s confident and wants to bring the big box truck of doom…maybe. At this point, we’re not 100% clear on the motives or means, but we do want to see those rubber-band tires live up to what a Cummins in just about any state of tune intends to put them through! Slicks, man! The rest of the car is all about mass, find some wheels and slicks for the next time you put that sucker onto the track!

I’m sure I’m on my own but I don’t care for Cleetus at all. Hes not funny and last time I checked just a rich boy with a checkbook.

10-15 years ago it was tuner cars that guys in the teens and early 20\’s were into. Garrett-aka Cleetus is at least a young guy that\’s into rad American stuff…that makes some serious power. While yes, he does appear to be a young guy with a big checkbook…he\’s figured out a formula that works. It\’s good content, especially as far as YoUtuBeRz go. Have you ever checked out Streetspeed717? That guy\’s a real idiot. He just drops cars off at people\’s shops to write them a check and have them make his cars obnoxious as possible. Cleetus at least builds some cars…and mind you he\’s running the fastest or one of the fastest manual trans GM street legal cars on the planet. The real thing to focus on it\’s something that has young people into cars instead of vaping, video games and terrible music.

You guys ARE on your own Falconater and Robert. Like him or not he has almost 1.5 million subscribers who think he is one of the most entertaining dudes on YouTube.

Well said Beau! I am an over 60, died in the wool American muscle car man and I think he is very entertaining. Some of his stuff isn’t my thing so I just skip those videos. Most Youtubers are total tube steaks as you accurately pointed out.

Like him or not, you’ve got to give the guy credit for being an entrepreneur and a self promoter. After the grifters at you tube take their cut, he clears north of 500k a year. Cleetus has the perfect deal working for him : He gets paid to have fun ! Lots of jealous folks out there pounding on him because of this. P.T. Barnum would be proud. And, being a patriotic enterprising dude doesn’t hurt, either. So, all you nattering nabobs could learn a thing or two from him. Embrace the suck………
