That’s right, we have even more photos from the strip at Beech Bend! With the sun out and the crowds massed up along both sides of the track, the Holley Hot Rod Reunion 2017 was burning along at a rapid pace, with very little pausing the action. No oildowns and no crashes make for a great day of racing, and the racers were amped up and ready to let their machines eat. Mike Bolina and his infamous ’56 Chevy was out and about, hanging the tires in whatever direction he felt like so long as they were high in the air while Justin Moses and his wild Chevy paired off with the “Dixie Twister” fastback Nova during the exhibition rounds, both cars revving to the moon and giving fans exactly what they came to see. With racers being picked off lap after lap, the field was setting up for a strong final round that would start off the late afternoon’s festivities.
