(Photos by Bryan McTaggart) – Yesterday we dropped the first photos from our recent visit to London Dragway all up in your business and today we’re back with the final batch. McTaggart was loving London Dragway by the time he left and for good reason. The place was packed with killer cars in all of the various classes that were being run. Of course, the heavy iron were the pro modified machines that showed up and when the dust settled it was David Monday in the Smithbuilt Homes sponsored blown Camaro that took home the pro mod crown. WH Mills won Top Eliminator, Tony Brock won Modified, and Dylan Swords Jr. won the Junior Dragster category.
We plan on making it back to London Dragway again this year and we’ll keep an eye on the schedule to look for their next cool event. In the meantime, we have McTaggart assigned to cover lots of neat stuff in the coming weeks, so he’ll be dodging lawn mower parts, flying dirt and clay, and whatever else he can get himself too close to. We’ll not call this event Bryan’s drag racing baptism by fire, more like his baptism by profuse sweating!
