(Photos by David Whealon) – We’re back with more header flaming no-prep action from the Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings shoot at GALOT Motorsports Park! This style of racing has really gripped the television viewing populace of the country with the advent of the TV series that takes the biggest names in the Street Outlaws world and places them on the race track against some of the biggest names of “on track” racing. Guys like Harry Hruska, Larry Larson, and others have jumped into the fray to take on these big tire equipped drag machines that are designed to hook up in a carwash covered in Vaseline.

This race series had a life of its own over the course of the season it grew and grew. GALOT was one of the larger facilities that the series visited and like all the rest it was a fan blow out. People love these racers and their cars. They have personalities and the cars have names. There’s also the element of the drivers being front and center with sideways, traction limited runs keeping the action fresh on every pass.
