Outside of the professional ranks of racers, the majority of motorcycles you see at the dragstrip are crotch rockets…light weight, excellent power-to-weight ratios, and high speeds are the norm. V-twin guys don’t show up as much, and outside of biker events, Harley-Davidsons aren’t that common of a sight on test-and-tune nights. Maybe the sight of this Harley Night Rod from Australia might change a few minds. Built up by Maztech in Melbourne, this 185hp Harley makes its power with the addition of a Spintech supercharger that provides 11psi of boost, pushing the big Hog to a best ET of 10.50@132 MPH.
not sure how I’m to be impressed by that hog. My son’s gixxer runs 9.30’s @ 155 ish .. on 5 lbs boost. Total investment to date, about as much as the seed money to begin that hog program.
Power to weight…Gearing..Riders size . Depending on the Gixxers model year that hog already comes in 2-300 pounds heavier.

Watching this video got me wondering. They have right hand drive vehicles Down Under. In this video looks like he’s cranking the throttle with his left hand. Are they backwards too????? Just wondering.
