Alex and Nick Taylor, along with a bunch of other sicko drag and drive folks, are in Norwalk Ohio of the Mickey Thompson Tires Turn and Burn. This is the inaugural event, and it is the kind of drag and drive inspired event that gives folks the chance to get in some fun runs, some fun on road miles, some cool checkpoints, and some great on track testing and racing. Plus, MT is also offering up free tire testing! Yep, put a set of Mickeys on your car and give them the test. If you don’t like them, don’t buy them. If you do, there are deals to be had.

This is a drag and drive inspired event, meaning there’s a few different rules than usual. Plus we leave and return to the same track everyday!
MT wanted this event to be fun for families, provide a solid consistent track, and overall a good time for veterans and new comers! We had a solid day of testing both cars – Uncle Sam is back to life with a BIG BLOCK.
It is a little chilly up here but day 1 of racing left us both sitting first in our classes! Nick has some carnage on Uncle Sam that we were able to get resolved, and then proceeded to have some more issues that left us with a 3 am night.
But we are on the road headed back to day 2! Come out and say hey if you’re local today and tomorrow!
