Here in the states, Ford Escorts were just an economy car that folks bought because they were cheap and good on gas. Even the GT models were mostly an appearance package as the really good powerful models were in Europe instead of here. So when you see an Escort GT here in the US that has been converted to all-wheel drive and has a JDM K-Series in it, you know it is going to be sick. Watch the video from 1320, because it’s great.
