So if anyone out there is looking to off-load $98,000 and no have any expectation of recouping even the smallest amount of it back, we’re your guys. Seriously. We’d take the money and immediately apply it to the purchase of this 1974 Pontiac Trans Am Super Duty. Not only is it an SD, it is a factory radio delete, factory four speed car that has been owned by the same guy for like 20 years and has been kept up with and maintained with the best of them.
While we’re of the opinion that the 1973 cars with their more curvaceous nose were slightly better looking, the 1974 cars were cooler because they represent the last of the breed and the end of the line for the Super Duty program that Pontiac embarked on and stuck with long after everyone else had waved the white flag and just reverted to producing engines that made vastly less power and performed horribly.
This car is cool because it has been driven as well. There’s some miles on it and that’s better than the museum freak that hasn’t been started since they finished assembling it at the factory. This car is together as it needs to be but has new factory style exhaust, seems to have been painted at some point, and has a steering wheel that needs to be restored apparently.
Other than that there’s the deceptively rated 455, a four speed, no radio, and those honeycomb wheels that we could look at for days on end. $98,000 is ridiculous money but this thing isn’t even close to being the most expensive SD for sale on eBay right now. As long as we have an infinite payment term we’d appreciate your support.

You forgot to mention that it’s also a Power Door Lock delete car. . .
There is no such thing as a “radio delete” car if the radio was an option. It is simply a no radio ordered car, Like a no vinyl roof ordered car or a no power steering ordered car. The only real delete you could have is a heater/defroster delete as both came standard on every car. And if you deleted such you got a credit of up to $100 depending on the car model.
These SDs are amazing for the time. They will rip high 13s at low 100mph easy! A friend has one that will run 13.80s at 104 mph all day long!!! Completely stock 3.08 gears with th400.
Almost a 100k for a snow plow front end Firebird. Cookoo!
Wish i could still drive a stick, but then i would be driving my 01 twin turbo ws6 right now 🙁
I want to smoke what he’s smoking? 98k? REALLY!?
Sure beats the hell out of a 74′ Corvette doesn’t it!
