It’s cars like this that remind me just how much I love this junk. We’re always running you over with pro touring, pro street, pro freak, and pro whatever else builds around here. It is what we do and that is the nature of the the business. That being said, every now and I run into a car like this 1968 Charger and just stop to admire it. This thing is 100% original, right down to the paint. It has a green vinyl roof and guts, it has a 383 in it and not even one of the hopped up 383s, just a standard cruising model engine.

The wheel covers, the redline tires, all of this thing is us just damned good. Like I said in the title, this all original 1968 Charger is a 383ci powered hunk of Mopar perfection. Weirdly, I’d have no desire to do anything but just love this damned car. No so much as an intake or carb swap. Nope, this sucker would need to stay exactly as is if I owned it.

How many of these have you seen with a freaking door ding protector on them?! We have to guess that this car was bought by an older person who waned something roomy and styling to cruise around in. The white paint on this car is kind of stunning to us. You never see these cars drenched in white like this, right? They are normally darker color and the nose in particular looks even more dramatic in this color than a darker one.

The 1968 Dodge Charger is one of the most beautiful cars Detroit ever produced and this is a stunningly well preserved example of that magic year. This thing and a long drive down Route 66 sounds just about perfect right now.
