Most people look at things for what they are but a select few look at them for what they can be and that describes the owner and seller of this 1989 BMW to a T. This man saw a clean, cool, and capable AWD sedan and the realized that it would make a great snow plowing vehicle, a great ice racer, and a great all around cruiser during the winter months. Since no one actually makes a snow plow kit for a 1989 BMW (why?!) the owner/seller made one himself out of a UTV style plow and a simple electric winch. No, it does not power angle but it does go up and down and that’s all that really counts when you are trying to push the junk our of your driveway. The thing looks insanely capable as well.
On the fun front, you’ll see a series of photos below that depict the car sliding and flying around a frozen lake because all plow and no fun make BMW a dull boy, right? These old e30 BMWs are really good cars and they will run until the end of time. They are (shocking!) not as good as the stuff that is coming down the pipe today but this car is kind of a steal for the $4,000 asking price because of what you can do with it. Admit something now. You have always wanted to plow with your car. Everyone has. Now you can.

got this 1989 bmw 325ix all wheel drive for sale
engine starts right up with no problem, runs very smooth like it should with no leak or smoke.
transmission is 5 speed manual. shift smooth. transfer case works good as well.
all suspension feels intact , brakes are good. just replaces some rear brake lines that where rusted.
rust under the doors, under the battery tray and some other places. floor is clean. engine compartment and chassis all clean with no rust.
the ALPINA wheels do not come with the car nor the roof rack. u will get the 15 inch original rims that comes on the car from factory. they are painted white so they do look good.
battery is good. recaro seats. dash clean with no cracks. no radio
snow plow is homemade. comes with the car off course. it is easy to mount and take off the car. just 2 pins and the winch and it comes right off. does the job in plowing with no problem.
it is done correct so no harm to the car at all. don’t effect how the car ride at all. i used a good used UTV snow plow . the winch works on a wireless remote .
this is an awesome toy. great winter beater or even DD. just drove it yesterday up north to the ice racing event and it did great on ice and very smooth going on the freeway 5 hours drive round trip.

The only reason i am selling this car because i want to finish my race car for the autorama coming soon in detroit in march. need few other parts like hydraulic hand brakes and set of racing seats and i need to finish the electrical on my race car. otherwise i would not think of selling this car. i will also sell it without the plow if anyone interested. last 2 pictures are of my race car that we are working on now. just want to make this clear.
